компания "orion group kz" обязанности: proactively engage with c&p teams to continually maintain a complete understanding of upcoming contracting strategies and tendering requirements and ensure they form the basis of vqmi activities and work plan compile, develop and facilitate company requirements for market information and business intelligence services, including research on similar type of projects, industry trends and behaviors. develop a solid understanding of current and future market dynamics for key categories. monitor and report market trends & developments, local and international suppliers & their supply chains, assessment and benchmarking of commercial / pricing models and markets forecasts, make such information readily available to help contract holders and c&p teams make informed decisions during the full contracting life-cycle. take a lead advisory role in arranging and coordinating the supplier / market intelligence investigations as required. support contract holders, c&p teams and claims & contract advice team in developing and presenting market intelligence reports as input into contract strategy development process. in cooperation with c&p teams, support / perform market survey and request for information exercises for upcoming tenders. ensure the results of all market surveys are captured and incorporated into central mi database. capture and store market intelligence gathered by contract engineers, contract holders and company generally . develop a database to allow the business to access all mi. support and stress upon the necessity of implementing the development of suppliers with special attention to local vendors develop and share market intelligence bulletins (markets & suppliers) with c&p community and business managers on a pre-defined basis and updаtеregularly or when market conditions dictate (rapid changes, downturns) liaise with external contractors / suppliers and coordinate/host meetings with contract holders and c&p teams. manage and complete assigned contractor / supplier pre-qualification processes based on sound commercial, financial, technical and quality requirements verify all vendors included in the approved vendor list have been vetted based on sound commercial, financial, technical and quality requirements, taking into consideration all requirements under psa and joa assist external contractors / suppliers in completing the pre-qualification process. ensure due diligence is carried out regarding suppliers’ shareholding, capability and capacity. work with cp professionals ensuring a consistent approach to application of approved cp processes related to suppler selection. ensure up-to-date information on contractors / suppliers is recorded and considered when compiling bid lists. provide professional advice to c&p teams with the verification and approval of the vendor list according to the contract strategy and the procurement plan. propose and recommend suitable contractors/suppliers for bid lists in order to maximize tendering efficiency. monitoring and advising to peers at the department appropriate approach to checking and updating of vendor qualification capability profile through periodic analysis of vendor’s re-evaluation and feedback reports. capture and record feedback from c&p teams during pre-award phases and contract holders on supplier’s performance. regularly updаtеcapability profiles. требования: higher professional education. master’s degree preferred (any discipline) demonstrated competence in several contract management skills, including supply chain management broad understanding of major capital contract execution and contracting principles, theories and concepts at least 3 years of work experience in supply chain demonstrates extensive knowledge of researching various business information and investigative databases, including exhibiting extensive abilities to analyze information, draft and review formal written reports, and subsequently present market reports. an extensive ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information, weave together disparate data to develop relevant insights and determine business implications, including synthesizing large amounts of data into concise, written final reports and presentations, with actionable recommendations, demonstrating exceptional abilities with microsoft office suite (excel, powerpoint and word). knowledge of oil and gas vendor’s qualification systems knowledge of the standards related to hse&q and social accountability (iso 9001 & iso 14001, ohsas 18001 and sa 8000) knowledge of audit criteria and relevant tools (iso 10011 series) условия: атырау 5/2
