компания "бранко итера" main responsibilities at new constructing sour gas / oil processing facilities: organisation and chairing of pre-inspection meetings, • inspection and testing of e&i installations as per client drawings, specifications, • interpretation of standards, procedures codes and regulations at site, • review drawings, suppliers documentation, for example inspection and test plans (itps), nde and testing procedures, • review suitability of vendors and reports, • prepare nfi and send to client with all relevant documents, • complete inspection with client qa/qc as per approved itp and complete qvd accordingly, • conduct site qa/qc surveillance inspections with epc reps, • prepare and review field inspection/surveillance reports • prepare internal punch lists and coordinate with site supervisor to close out all internal punch lists raised by epc qa/qc team, • complete e&i material inspections as per client/project requirements, • review and maintain calibration and test records for testing equipment’s at site, • inspection’s and testing to be done as per client approved drawings, procedures stds etc. • process concession requests and non conformance reports. • monitor quality control activities and train workforce where requirements are found. • liaison with clientchr(39)s qc representatives and develop specific itp’s, and procedures, • monitors ongoing construction activities to ensure that installation is carried out as per client, rok and selectively some internationally approved standards here in western kz. • ensures that main work procedures are adhered to these specific qa/qc policies, • carry out general tasks assigned by clientchr(39)s qa/qc manager or project manager. must have practical experience working with specialized contractors in activities associated during the qc installation of oil & sour gas equipments. - previous experience in commissioning and/or start-up areas is desirable. - proven experience in the management and use of relational databases and workflows.- experience with facility acceptance requirements in line with rok regulations.- technical evaluation of regulatory compliance issues as related to the operations readiness to start-up. requirements : sound engineering degree and relevant engineering, maintenance and/or operations experience preferred. relevant work experience in zhaikmunai, alibekmola, tco, ncoc & kpo projects. good command of written and spoken technical english + ability to write and review technical documentation in technical english. knowledgeable of recent international standards and rok standards related to various equipments / main process modules / production and sour gas construction facilities, including clauss reactor plant, sandviqэы production of flake and granular sulfur lines. 6 to 10 years of proven work experience in oil & gas environment + in the project environment / lifecycle, especially major capital projects (mcp). conditions: location: western kazakhstan areas (вахта, отдыхающая оплачивается). проживание в кэмпе (single). поощрительные премии по итогам квартала. тренинги и курсы повышения квалификации. проезд домой и обратно - авиа, трансфер в отелях ***.
