компания "электровоз құрастыру зауыты" leading societies to a low carbon future, alstom develops and markets mobility solutions that provide the sustainable foundations for the future of transportation. our product portfolio ranges from high-speed trains, metros, monorail, and trams to integrated systems, customised services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility solutions. joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide. responsibilities: analyze customer requirements regarding supplier for pi activities (spare, tools, consignment, etc.), in line with tender costing assumptions & supplier quotes (gap analyses vs costing & obligations) and propose mitigation action plan; prepare any relevant documentation to reflect customer & internal pi requirements and follow-up with procurement for proper integration/addition in supplier contractchr(39)s / complementary service agreement; make sure suppliers conform to customer requirements; support back-charging process with relevant back-up pi documentation. support prpim to monitor the incident management process/tool in order to follow-up ncr’s/8d with quality; share best practices identified on supplier management with regards to pi scope with other regions/cluster/country/projects and product lines; contribute to claims and negotiations with external supplier (regarding pi activities); promoting the alstom code of ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct. requirements: project management, procurement or finance diploma; engineering degree desirable; excellent communication and negotiation skills; experience in contract management, supplier relations 3+ years; strong analytical skills; fluent english. compensation: working in a global environment; competitive salary; annual bonus; familiy medical insurance; access to alstom university knowledge base including external edtech suppliers (coursera, ted, ilingo, busuu).
