Responsibilities Legal support for the client companies whose activities are related to the provision of financial services: Day-to-day execution of documents, general maintenance, and administration of companies. Support of corporate changes & interaction with corporate services providers around the globe (UAE, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Vanuatu, Malta, Cyprus, etc.). Drafting and reviewing all types of agreements, including merchant services agreements, IP license agreements, general service agreements, indemnity & confidentiality agreements, etc. Obtaining / renewal of licenses and launching of financial products in various jurisdictions, interacting with local counterparties and authorities. Assistance with passing KYC & KYB procedures in banks, PSPs, etc. Drafting responses to customer complaints and requests of public authorities. Filing claims regarding illegal use of IP, defamation, etc. Drafting legal documents (Terms & Conditions, Trading Policy, Risk Disclosure, etc.) and keeping them up to date. Tracking laws and regulations that may affect client companies and implement necessary changes to internal policies to manage and mitigate risk and exposure. Performing legal research on corporate, commercial, and other issues. Requirements Higher education (Degree in Law, LL.M. is a plus). 5 years of relevant legal experience. Excellent knowledge of Russian and English (including business and legal). Deep understanding of international law, civil law, intellectual property law. Ability to think in a structured way, analyze data and prioritize workload. Readiness to move to Dubai. Will be a strong advantage Experience in forex trading/securities/options/derivatives/betting.
