Medical Advisor

Organizational Context: reports directly to Medical affairs group manager Job purpose: Medical and scientific support of the companychr(39)s OTC/CBG products portfolio, aimed at realizing their scientific and practical potential within the framework of the companychr(39)s internal policy and in accrdance with good promotional practice. Key Accountabilities: To provide medical and scientific support inside business unit (BU) Take part in development and achievement of strategy, tactics, and operating plan advancing the marketing of Teva products in OTC/CBG in accordance with general strategy in Russia. To participate in a local publication plan development and implementation Provide scientific support and expertise to BU and other internal Teva stakeholders with respect to promotional materials creation process, advertising and educational programs, clinical research, medical information, regulatory issues in compliance of ethical business principles, local operating procedures and in accordance with Russian law. To facilitate preparation and/or provide expertise for lectures and presentations content for the appropriate internal and external scientific events To provide educational support as for colleagues inside BU as well as training of Field Force with medical knowledge in appropriate therapy area. To ensure timely update of the appropriate medical and scientific information (news from clinical trials, guidelines etc.) Collaborate with other BUs to align medical marketing across TAs and disease areas in order to maximise possibilities of usage of promoting products in other TAs To provide medical and scientific support to Key stakeholders outside company: Establish peer-to-peer relationships with leading KOLs, scientists, clinical and research leaders and institutions and centers in the country in appropriate TA to foster Teva efforts to establish and maintain its therapeutic leadership position. Requirements: High education diploma in Medicine or Pharmacy. Scientific degree is preferable From 3 years of experience as medical adviser gained with pharmaceutical industry Experience of work with OTC / CBG products portfolio will be an advantage Understanding of the commercial implications of the business KOLs management and development experience Support of marketing and organization of medical events experience Developed verbal and communication skills, including presentation and coaching/training skills Project management skills High level of skills in searching and analyzing medical information Computer literacy Good English skills
