компания "ктр-этосэнерджи" обязанности: minimum of ten (10) years of power plant maintenance in related industrial rotating equipment maintenance; consultant shall have experience and knowledge in operation and maintenance of power plant; a thorough demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of operations & maintenance functions with gas turbines and generators; prepare the maintenance planning activities for planned maintenance & inspection; provide technical advice and counsel to client associated with operation and maintenance of power plant equipment; perform diagnosis and resolve maintenance or operational problems on covered units and analyse unit trips and make recommendations to prevent similar occurrences assist client with regular reviews of maintenance activities; prepare the maintenance planning activities for planned maintenance & inspection (including pre-outage, outage and post-outage planning). ensure completeness and correctness of sap work orders and ensure relevant technical protocols, procedures, references, check lists, drawings, qa/qc plans, applicable oem issued technical bulletin, lifting plans, etc. are ready for successful implementation advise client if any shortage, discrepancies on the stock level and/or preservation of stock; experience of supervising, coaching, provide on-job training; maintain service records and provide regular customer reports; carry out regular power plant equipment technical condition inspections. as necessary shall prepare a report with specified results paying attention to areas for improvement to guide the personnel directly involved in o&m of power plant equipment to continually improve the level of o&m of equipment; participate in investigations and upon the request from company, provide reports about all process upsets and incidents; work overtime, or irregular hours as needed to support reliable operation of the facility. proven experience of managing projects with a strong health and safety ethic; must have excellent organisational skills, have a professional and responsible approach to work with a determined sense of urgency. требования: good english speaking/writing skills experience of working for large contractor or operator, in a similar role, would be a distinct advantage. must have excellent skills with ms office applications bsc in mechanical engineering or relevant the consulting operation and maintenance manager (hereinafter consultant) shall give advice on operation and maintenance (hereinafter o&m) and support personnel directly involved in o&m of equipment at the power plant on all matters related to o&m according to the republic of kazakhstan regulatory requirements and as per ge and alstom equipment operating manual. scope of o&m consulting services shall cover the following equipment produced by ge and alstom: pg6561b (3 units) and pg6581b (1 unit) gas turbines complete with compressors, load gearboxes and auxiliary gearboxes, turbine starting systems, fuel supply systems, lubrication systems, air supply systems, cooling systems, and other auxiliary turbine systems; т190-240 (3 units) and т214-234 (1 unit) generator sets; mark v turbine control systems with hmi (human-machine interface) and modernized control systems mark vi as they are installed on the turbines условия: permanent, 28/28 days rotation aksai, kazakhstan
