компания "алерс рус" we provide state-of-the-art logistics support in sustainable supply chain management, warehousing, projects, and machinery logistics, secured transport, trade logistics, after-sales services, and data analytics. today we invite a potential candidate and our future colleague to consider a new vacancy. key functional duties perform as the owner of the p&l of a portfolio of accounts and responsible for developing initiatives for cross- & up-sale (including cross-bu selling); ensuring sales/revenue targets are met develop and coordinate implementation of the key account business plan managing leads/opportunities for assigned customers, defining price margin in accordance with mark-up policy, business case calculation, supporting in solution creation (in complex cases), negotiating and defending agreements terms plan and implement zipping technique to connect ahlers’ customer teams with the accounts to ensure relationship-building and business understanding of the customer’s market obtaining forecasts from customers, developing account plans and sales forecasts and further performance monitoring and reporting ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions; preparing for and conducting regular business reviews with customers; collecting customer feedback and communicating it to operations leadership analyzing previous tenders analytics & dashboards prepared by sales support specialist key competencies ability to understand customer needs and to deliver client-focused solutions (ability to listen) long-term relationship maintenance skill and political consciousness expertise in customer industry and customer business advanced knowledge of logistics and service lines sales forecasting and reporting expertise in obtaining, filtering and analyzing massive data from different sources strong analytical skills, ability to identify market trends and interpret them for ahlerchr(39)s business commercial mind-set ability to sell to c-level decision-makers using appropriate tools such as, presentations, documented offers, verbal negotiations and defending. specific skills: knowledge 1c trading and/or salesforce is a plus knowledge of english at upper-intermediate level knowledge of russian at upper-intermediate level please submit your cover letter explaining why youchr(39)re qualified and interested in this position. wechr(39)re eager to get and read your cover letter. thanks.
