компания "бейкер хьюз" in this role, you will be part of strategic marketing and commercial team in russia will be driving company strategy team efforts in analyzing o&g markets of equipment and services and converting the analysis into company growth strategy in russia.essential responsibilities: lead market sizing and go-to-market strategy development activities for company in russia region lead customer and competitor analysis with the focus on the company value chain. integrate market intelligence into relevant insights and business growth ideas develop top-level business cases including organic and inorganic growth opportunities, e.g. localization of products and services lead in the creation of key documents/presentations to russia global company leadership engage in productive dialogue with hq strategy and marketing teams, help to facilitate fact-based discussions regarding company russia business positioning, markets evolution, and macroeconomic/industry trends manage marketing data sources by keeping contracts up to date qualifications/requirements: bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering/ machinery/finance/economics at least 3 years of experience in marketing analysis strong knowledge of oil&gas/ oilfield services/ equipment industries fluent in both russian and english desired characteristics: mba or master’s degree in economics/finance would be a strong plus experience in o&g consulting would be a strong plus experienced computer user – proficiency in ms office and ms power point solid knowledge of financial reporting (how to read and interpret company p&l and bs) and investment analysis ability to work in diverse teams and as a self-contributor; ability to deliver with tough deadlines and short time strong structuring, analytical and process skills, attention to details good interpersonal and oral and written communications skills, including power point presentations
