компания "haileybury almaty, нао" as an international british independent school in almaty, we are looking for a assistant teachers requirements: 1. assist in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the class teachers,year/ phase leaders and slt. 2. assist the teacher during the lesson by providing support for individual pupils in the classroom. 3. teach groups of pupils under the direction of the teacher. 4. interested in the development of young people and willing to be adaptable to support their needs. 5.. provide consistent and effective support for specialist teachers. 6. provide support for individual pupils inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities. 7. assist in the implementation of individual education programmes for pupils and help monitor their progress. 8. support pupils with emotional or behavioral problems and help develop their social skills. 9. support pupils who do not speak english as a first language. 10. encourage pupils to interact with each other in english. person specification: a good level of english ( upper-intermediate, advanced ) experience with children in the 4-11 years age range (experience with 4-7 years is preferable) teaching experience teaching qualification ielts certificate is preferable. proven successful experience of working with children in an educational setting ability to work as part of a team able to communicate effectively with a range of people excellent listening skills well organized and practical ability to diffuse conflict calm under pressure able to form and maintain a range of teaching and learning strategies able to form and maintain appropriate professional relationships and boundaries with children and parents able to deal with sensitive information in a confidential manner provided cv in english and russian. haileybury almaty is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and those connected to the school to share this commitment. applicants for this post must be willing to undergo child protection screening including reference checks with previous employers and a police check or equivalent;
