Tax Manager (HR)

компания "ostrovok.ru" emerging travel group (etg) is a travel-tech company that owns six brands: ostrovok.ru, b2b.ostrovok, ostrovok.ru komandirovki, ratehawk, zenhotels and roundtrip. we are looking for a tax manager (hr) to join our tax division of the finance & legal department, who is responsible for working with both financial and hr teams on tax issues of company employees working in different countries. main responsibilities: working with tax consultants on matters concerning taxation of individuals in various countries; creating a knowledge base for taxation of individuals in various countries; advising colleagues on taxation of individuals hired under a service agreement; resolving specific tax cases from the recruitment team/hr admin; taxation of business trip expenses and non-monetary income of colleagues in various countries. our requirements: higher education in tax, economics or accounting; at least 2 years of professional experience in tax; strong knowledge of the russian tax code; english language skills of level c1 or higher (working with consultants and foreign colleagues); professional experience in consulting and or it preferred. we provide: 100% official salary; hybrid or remote work format; flexible working hours — we don’t require you to be online or in the office at 09:00 sharp; interesting and ambitious tasks that will take you to the next professional level; learning: seminars, trainings and conferences; voluntary health insurance; corporate english, as well as discounts for skyeng; team-building activities: movie nights, quizzes, thematic parties, annual trips to the countryside, football and volleyball matches; corporate discounts on hotels and other services; young and active team of super professionals.
