Learning Coordination Manager

The role of Learning Coordinator is a part of Kaspersky Academy team. This position will be responsible for the coordination of all learning initiatives and projects, created and delivered within Academy and supervising external learning process in the company Key responsibilities: Coordinate the process of Kaspersky Academy preparation and delivery of all learning projects and programs, supporting with technical, tactical and organizational issues; Prepare all types of needed analytics of learning activities, visualization of presentations and infographics, invitations, etc.; Responsible for external learning in the company: foreign languages learning and MOOC platforms; Leading learning & development budget; Be a part of key learning projects and be able to run a role of co-trainer of some interactive and online learning projects; Collaborate with Kaspersky Academy team members to ensure smooth process of training programs design and delivery; Сreate super professional & smart-designed learning materials (ppt presentations, invites, follow-ups, newsletters, etc.); Maintain training supplies and resources, including IT needs, catering, classroom and printed materials. Required experience & skills: Fluent English; 2+ years of experience within HR learning function Project Management skills. The ability to manage several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision and thrive both on own initiative and as a part of the team; Personable and approachable, with enthusiastic and motivational nature and an overall passion for excellence. Innovative, creative, thinking forward. Sense of tasks ownership - is a must for this position. Guru in PowerPoint & Excel- is a must. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, facilitation skills, high EQ. Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills, able to deliver clear and concise ideas to internal and external stakeholders;
