Manufacturing planning specialist (Cпециалист по планированию производства и поставок)

In this role, Specialist сoordinates and expedites the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plans and schedules material/production needs. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result. Responsibilities: Manages master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements. Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding. Placing orders for direct materials to internal/external suppliers Inventory management, ensuring systemic accuracy and not exceeding OP of inventory Manufacturing planning and supplier manufacturing schedule verification Managing the documentation flow (finance, shipment) Partnering closely with suppliers focusing on: Packaging needs, min/max planning, old/existing parts, materials replenishment planning, root-cause problem solving Supports all team activities and initiatives Preparing and updating work instructions and Job AIDs on the everyday tasks Qualifications/Requirements: This role requires basic experience in the Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelorchr(39)s degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience). 2 years + manufacturing planning and / or materials flows management experience Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Strong analytical skills – able to analyze a big amount of data. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Upper-intermediate English and Fluent Russian Strong organization and communication (oral and written) skills, ability to communicate at all levels with cross functional teams based in Russia and Europe. Strong interpersonal skills / self-motivated and result oriented team player.
