CTO (Chief technology officer)

I am looking for a CTO (Chief technology officer) for an Israel startup engaged in the purchase and further promotion of promising iOS applications. A team of professionals evaluates the application and builds marketing strategies and algorithms for its promotion, ensuring large-scale user growth. There are already 30 people in the team from different parts of the world and we need a CTO who will be responsible for the quality, changes and new functions of the mobile applications we have purchased. What you have to do: - To set up processes in the field of software implementation and development using modern tools and methodologies; -Evaluate and manage the resources that are required for the implementation of projects; -Form and develop a development team; -Manage relationships with contractors and vendors. You are our candidate, if you: -Speak English at the C1 (Advanced) level and above; -Have worked in the world of mobile applications with access to the international market; -Have experience in Saas with monetization of mobile applications (subscription management, MMP, analytical tools, etc.) -Have managed the fullstack development team, hired and onboarded employees; -Have had projects in the field of Data Science and/or Machine learning; -Have worked with loaded databases; - Hired and developed development teams.
