Responsibilities: Lead S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process to optimize the value chain relationships within company businesses to deliver value and provide transparency to the organization on constraints, opportunities, etc. Deliveries accurate demand and shipping forecasts and providing meaningful market intelligence to achieve sustainable growth and to exceed the overall business expectations. Orchestrates the Integrated Business Planning process. Establishes effective forecasting communications and common goals and objectives across franchises and functional areas. Directs and ensures that appropriate planning processes and systems in place are compliant with corporate policies. Builds, develops and empowers a high performing team that is flexible and capable of delivering sustainable service level delivered at cost-efficient models, manage KPIs, budget and projects. Provide transparent production scheduling based on demand forecast as well as customer segmentation and analysis. Inventory management. Reporting & Analytics initiatives. Project management. Necessarily: University Degree; 5+ experience in planning; Native Russian, Upper-intermediate English; Strong communication & influencing skills, analytical and issue solving skills; Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point.
