What youchr(39)ll be doing: Counseling on a broad range of various legal matters in marketing and logistics areas, including contracts with partners Conducting legal research on e-commerce related issues Supporting the team on litigation, arbitration matters, communication with state authorities on contentious matters Proactive solutions and suggestions to further improve the functioning of Legal and other departments Assistance in implementation of legal tech solutions What skills youchr(39)ll need: ​Higher bachelor legal education. MSU/MSLA/MGIMO/HSE (МГУ/МГЮА/МГИМО/ВШЭ) preferred High academic achievements – please provide you medium scores/grade in your diploma in CV or cover letter 0-2 years of experience practicing Russian corporate and contract laws (preferably marketing and logistics area) experience in e-commerce or a law firm is a plus Russian language proficiency essential. English language proficiency, including strong legal English. Legal drafting in English is a must Open-mindedness and tolerance, high ethical standards and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; business judgment, with the ability to think strategically and give practical advice to internal clients and business teams.
