Senior Consultant to Strategy & Operations group (Program and Portfolio Management)

Strategy & Operations group (Program and Portfolio Management) is seeking to recruit individuals with Technical / Economic education. Services provided by Department: Project management office establishment and delivery, including PMO for IT and transformation engagements Large programs (IT, transformation, infrastructure etc) support Organizational and business processes design and optimization Project, Program & Portfolio Management methodology development and implementation Requirements: Professional experience and education Higher education (Russian or equivalent) preferably in Technical / Economic disciplines. As a plus – leading universities, including, MSU, MEPhI, MIPT, BMSTU, NES, . Plekhanov Academy,HSE. 3-5 years of work experience in consulting or industrial environment, preferably international or largest Russian companies Participation in large scale engagements with multiple stakeholders (as a PMO or as a part of project team) in leadership positions (project leader, program leader, portfolio manager) Or Experience as a head of program management office / department in a large company Qualifications in project management (PMI, IPMA, Prince2 etc) is an advantage Technical skills Experience with corporate IT systems, including project management systems and ERP systems Excellent numerical and analytical skills Upper-intermediate English (both written and oral Strong MS Office skills – Excel, Visio, Power Point, Project Proven team management skills Soft skills & personal qualities Strong teamwork skills Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to learn quick from environment and prioritize multiple tasks Capability to operate in a multitask environment Readiness for overtime work and tough deadlines
