REGIONAL CHANNELS MANAGER (GROUP KAM) WHAT WILL YOU DO: To be involved in Key Accounts (KA) and Wholesale strategy development; Drive the strategy implementation with assigned business partners and coordinate KA and Wholesale activities in the supervised region; Build partnership and lead negotiations with assigned clients, JTI distributors and other stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial business solutions; Plan, justify, ensure and control budget usage; Assortment management; Ensure proper programs usage in KA and Wholesale channels according to agreed strategy; Analyze the efficiency of marketing contracts, analyze client’s needs to develop programs based on learning; Ensure timely and efficient internal communication to achieve and control channels KPIs (monthly and FY Volume targets; SOM growth); Manage and develop the team. YOU AS A PROFESSIONAL: University degree (Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Management is an advantage); English: Intermediate+ (spoken, written); Min 2 years of people management experience; leader and able to lead the team to success; Understanding of Key Accounts and Wholesale environment, experience and proven achievements in National and top Regional Key clients negotiations, experience in building partnership with internal and external clients; Project management experience; budget management experience; Structured thinker with excellent analytical skills; strong communication and presentation skills; target oriented; ability to work under pressure, stress-resistance, high self-motivation; Able to constantly change yourself and drive changes around; Thrive in fast-paced role and busy working environment.
