• implementation of technical acceptance of completed construction and installation works and objects, if necessary, execution of the necessary technical documentation on behalf of the customer; • control over the implementation of capital construction plans, compliance with the volume, timing and quality of construction and installation works, as well as the quality of the materials, products, structures used, approved design and estimate documentation, working drawings, building codes and rules, standards, specifications, labor protection standards with documented evidence; • participation in the review and approval of changes in design decisions arising during construction, prompt resolution of issues related to the replacement, if necessary, of materials, products, structures (without reducing the quality of construction objects), taking into account changes in working drawings with subsequent approval through the pre-production department; • study of the reasons causing failures in deadlines and deterioration in the quality of construction and installation works, takes measures to prevent and eliminate them, notifies the manager in writing; • examination and assessment together with employees of construction and installation organizations of the work performed and structural elements hidden during the performance of subsequent work, as well as ensuring the requirements to prohibit the production of further work before issuing certificates for the examination of hidden work; • checking the availability of documents certifying the quality of structures, products and materials used in construction (technical passports, laboratory test results, installation and operation manuals, certificates of conformity, etc.); • checking whether contractors have a license and its validity period for the performance of a specific type of work, the availability of a permit or notification coupon from the state architectural and construction inspectorate for conducting construction and installation works for a specific facility, the presence of an order appointing a person responsible for conducting construction and installation works; • checking the correct installation of equipment and mechanisms, comprehensive testing of installed systems, equipment and mechanisms; • participation in the transfer to operation of completed construction and accepted by the acceptance committee of objects with a set of as-built documentation; • engineering and technical support of facilities, construction and repair; • carrying out coordination procedures on behalf of the customer of the project in the event of reasonable deviations from the design and estimate documentation with the design organization - developer; • work with equipment suppliers regarding the development of supply specifications; • submission of a weekly, monthly (for the period worked) report on the work done; • control over the provision by contractors of daily reports on the work performed and planned work; • assistance in working with employees of related structural units within their competence; • engineering support for works related to the implementation of capital and operational projects in other divisions of the company (oto, ss sgtp, aho, po), following the instructions of the heads of these divisions in agreement with their immediate supervisor in accordance with the workload schedule for projects; • timely fulfillment of individual instructions and assigned tasks of the immediate supervisor, the general director and, if necessary, operational, production, other meetings and other managers of the company;
