We are looking for talented people for our client, famous American company working on artificial intelligence development. (Relocate) Research Program Manager is responsible for the overall program delivery of complex programs and individual research. The Research Program Manager will be the primary contact on these programs regarding schedule, scope, budget, and delivery status. You will be responsible for managing non-linear and iterative research projects, planning and managing an end-to-end process through the innovation, incubation, and commercialization project phases – including managing the Innovation Gate process, reporting on project status, anticipating, and mitigating risks, and ensuring the team is enabled to complete their projects within the given scope, timeframe, and quality expectation. What You Will Do Coordinate activities for global, distributed teams and drive projects Ensure the overall success and on-time delivery of committed projects Learn and understand the iterative research process, design and deploy project management processes and metrics to track and measure project success Maintain program records and documentation in agreed-upon repositories Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly program status updates via agreed-to template. Represent the programs to senior management during Gate approval, program, quality, and operations reviews Lead program adherence to standard processes and maintain program and customer related documentation Set direction and influence cross-department engagement for program execution and drive synchronization across multiple program teams Track and report progress of programs to internal and external stakeholders Prepare and be accountable for the budgets What we are looking for 5+ years of related experience in program management, project leadership, account management, and/or related fields Experience with corporate or academic original research projects (Must have) Bachelorchr(39)s degree or above in Acoustical, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering or related fields Demonstrable track record for successfully managing complex, global projects Must have a "whatever-it-takes" attitude using diplomatic leadership skills within a collaborative teamwork environment to accomplish the necessary results You must be able to articulate vision and influence decision making/outcomes with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers Comfortable working in ambiguity and leading teams through innovation uncertainty Proven ability to track and drive action items so that the team maintains their committed schedules, deliverables, and expected level of quality. Fluent English, you will closely communicate with USA managment team Would be an advantage PMP and/or Agile certifications Master’s degree in Acoustical, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering or related fields Experience with cloud-based PMO tools (MS Project Online, Workfront, Aha!)
