KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Checking AWB, CMR in terms of compliance with local regulations Support processes of International Delivery Working with Customs brokers, preparing documents for customs clearance Preparing materials to support Procurement Team in front of Service Logistic/Warehouse biz bidding Daily operation monitoring and improvement of forward/reverse Spare-part logistic Cooperation with HQ, Finance, Logistic teams about inbounding, payment processes Cooperation with HQ, IT teams about relevant system/account questions Spare-parts delivery and Central warehouse fill-rate forecasting Conduct regular stocktaking and scraping process Regular reporting about business performance Manage Spare-Parts, Reverse Technical Center teams Establish and maintain necessary logistic contracts with the partners PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above) At least 3 years of experience in the Carrier market Experience in mobile industry will be an advantage Ability to work in a multitasking environment Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above) Strong analytical and presentation skills (Excel, Power Point) Organized and self-directed Good communication skill Open minded and willing to learn WHAT WE OFFER Global cooperation, fast-developing business, opportunity for professional growth and career development Competitive remuneration system with annual salary review and bonuses Medical insurance Mobile phone allowance and another benefits Working time: 5/2 since 9.30 a.m. to 18.00 p.m. Territory: Business center Krylatskiy Hills
