компания "mindray medical russia, ltd" mindray is one of the leading medical devices companies, specializing in producing patient monitoring & life support systems, in-vitro diagnostic products, and medical imaging systems. currently wechr(39)re looking for a new colleague, logistics specialist in logistics and business support team, who will be in charge of warehouse management and transportation coordination. itchr(39)s a maternity leave position for 1,5 year or more. responsibilities: spare parts ordering: manage spare parts ordering process control safety stock, manage all the related databases incoming shipments: transportation from customs to warehouse - plan transportation, communicate with the warehouse, place request for transportation outcoming shipments: release the shipments to the customers in sap (release the goods, check the payments, check the credit limits), prepare shipping documents - issue the documents in sap, send them via electronic documents turnover system or create the form (for not-connected customers) cooperate with the warehouse, create picking requests, provide warehouse with all needed information for new outcoming shipments inform customers about new shipments (provide them with all the related information and documents) prepare shipment documents for customers, control signed shipping documents return from the customers transportation: communicate with related colleagues from other departments regarding transportation of goods and incoming requests for demo equipment (approbation or exhibitions) create requests for transportations to the transport companies, communicate with responsible managers, negotiate with the warehouse, inbound/outbound shipments control the delivery process, solve issues, if any prepare documents for payment, obtain necessary approvals communicate with the rigging and handling companies control equipment approbation period and return of the equipment, notify related colleagues professional required skills higher education, logistics will be a plus experience in warehouse and / or transport logistics department with b2b company for least 3 years good excel knowledge sap knowledge will be a big plus english is no less than intermediate strong analytical and communication skills conditions wechr(39)re offering: maternity leave contract competitive compensation package including yearly kpi bonus (will be discussed individually during interviews) corporate mobile and equipment support social benefits (health and life insurance from start day), quaterly transport compensation wechr(39)re working 100% in the office located near m. prospekt mira
