компания "rayda touroperator" job brief “rayda” llc is looking for a qualified corporate sales specialist to join our fast growing team. candidate’s main duty is to attract new corporate customers and ensure to retain the existing ones to increase sales of the company’s products and services, thereof. our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices, preferably, in tourism and/or hospitality corporate sector. the candidate should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. s/he is expected to perform well in a team environment and apply exceptional skills. ultimately, s/he should be able to contribute in creating and maintaining very good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales operations. responsibilities: study the products, the main market trends and customers’ needs work based on the company’s sales procedure sort out the most potential customers to approach make appointments and conduct oral/written communications with shortlisted corporants apply high-level corporate know-how to win customers and sign contracts support the operations team with useful information about the corporate customers’ background and working principles stay up-to-date with new products and feature launches and ensure the operations team is on board review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer experience chase any inactive, idle and/or low-productive corporate customers and seek the ways to encourage them to benefit of the company’s products and services suggest sales process improvements, if required participate in local and international events, exhibitions and fam trips assist the team with any issues that might arise regarding legal/billing/service paperwork prepare and submit reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis requirements: at least 2 years work experience as a sales or service specialist in corporate sector (tourism or hospitality is an advantage) strong communication and interpersonal skills proficiency in ms office suite, particularly ms excel in-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices experience in working with documents and agreements proficiency in business correspondence good command of azerbaijani and russian, intermediate english personal skills: excellent communication skills high-grade service delivery mindset is a must self-motivated with sense of time and responsibility positive teamplayer loving working with people benefits: long-term and official employment competitive salary plus sales-based bonuses favorable working atmosphere together with friendly and energetic team
