компания "udalenno" we are an online e-commerce of cosmetics, working with this industry for 10+ years, having a team of 40+ people worldwide. we do not produce our own products and we do not do marketing. our business is that of research, programming, data mining, supply chain management, and understanding margins and returns. we thrive when our processes are followed to the letter and the work from everyone on the team is synchronized to produce lower costs, better purchasing decisions, and fast delivery of products. our company has grown 3 times in the last 2 years, yes, we are 9x bigger than we were 2 years ago. we are different from most e-commerce companies, we do worldwide distribution of products mainly focused on marketplaces. we sell mostly on amazon, walmart, ebay and are looking to expand globally. our team has grown to 40 people strong in 9 countries across the world from spain, columbia and peru to us, turkey and russia all working remotely at flexible hours. and we do really strive for expanding our geography. our strength is in data analysis to find the right opportunities, and then efficient operation & logistics capabilities to sell products internationally. however, our main strength is our people, without them nothing is possible. we truly believe in the shared cultural values and in the strength of the humane approach, that’s why we never tolerate any sorts of discrimination and are happy to welcome to our team people with different backgrounds. we share the values of peace, collaboration and mutual respect. with growth comes complexity, and we are looking for energetic and committed specialists that can help us increase operational efficiency in order to accommodate more workflow within the operation demand. our core values are efficiency, drive, positivity, integrity. we run a positive culture with a lot of advanced business concepts, working in a very high-efficiency environment. we are direct and clear but not rude or aggressive. demanding but don’t work overtime or on weekends and holidays. now we are hiring a new operations planning manager / supervisor. we are looking for a candidate with: english: c1 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions 2+ years of experience as planning department manager/supervisor experience in managing teams 3+ higher education in mathematics/engineering, supply chain management, or a similar field good working knowledge of s&op process methodology good programming skills python, excel, etc strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills proficiency in microsoft office and with business application software team player with strong organizational skills as a part of a company, your responsibilities will be: s&op (sales & operations) process establishment including development and implementation stages leading the s&op process creating or implementing (from existing software) full set of tools necessary for s&op process consolidate demand and capacity planning activities to create rolling 12-month forecast including the cash flow projection collaboration and leveraging networking with all internal departments (demand planning, research team, hr, business development) collecting all the necessary data for planning process setting up regular s&op meetings with structured agenda to secure the planning information flow within the organization throughout the supply chain plan/ fact evaluation for future root cause analysis and action plan development and implementation. automatization of planning process in collaboration with the it technical team participation in launching the erp system software for operations department managing the operations team (6 subordinates) preparing and presenting analytics and reports for company’s management when needed participation in implementation of planning and operations kpis evaluating the existing process for possible improvements and optimization. being a key team member in the operations department and the company to help in growth and expansion projects we offer you: working hours are flexible, but mainly from 10:00-18:00 moscow time full-time work with the contract, 100% remotely competitive monthly salary of 2000-2300 usd self-employed contract paid vacation (22 working days + 14 banking holidays) remote work with the possibility to work from anywhere you want working with a team abroad (optional) bonuses based on the performance results friendly and positive team
