компания "кларити / clarity" we are looking for talent! clarity is an it consulting company, which was established in 2012 in riga, latvia.we have offices in mauritius and in belarus. clarity is market-leading consulting company in quote-to-cash space. clarity is leveraging leading technology platforms and helping companies around the world to transform customer experience by empowering sales and creating new monetization opportunities through subscription model implementation. clarity subscription management solutions enable smooth transition to outcome-based subscription sales allowing leading enterprise brands to gain a competitive advantage and grow recurring revenues with new business models, new products, and new services. we are looking for system administrator. requirements: 1-2 years relevant it experience, preferably in the helpdesk environment. interest in solving hardware (laptop, printer, wi-fi) and software problems. strong sense of responsibility and good time management skills. providing user and technical support for company employees. сoordinating with other support teams and departments to provide solutions to issues. monitoring internal systems performance. tracking tickets in queue and ensuring slas are met accordingly. logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed. understanding of it security importance. key role description: asset management. provide 1st and 2nd line support and helpdesk. licenses and it agreements management. communication with service and solution providers. investigatingand troubleshooting incidents and issues related to end-user devices and systems/resources they use. help with documentation and policies development. ensuring that it policies are followed. responsibilities: manage it equipment on premises. provide training on time reporting for employees. participate in it insfrastructure and process modernization. participate in it security testing events and make proposals. develop internal documentation, policies, standards and procedures. plan the day-to-day effectiveness of service provision and ensuring that targets are met. participate in the creation of a unified technical support process in the company within 1st and 2nd helpdesk level worldwide. conduct a technical audit of the current situation in the locations (processes, cooperation with other teams), recommend improvements. installation and configuration hardware and software components such as: telecommunication equipment (cabling and wireless, local area networks, switches, routers); firewalls, antiviruses, other user security applications and solutions; printers, scanners and other office devices; сorporate hardware, i.e. mobile phones, tablets and other gadgets; windows, linux and macos systems, appropriate business applications. we offer: hybrid work schedule (remote + office); office in the city centre on the 12th floor of titul with spectacular view; parking space for each employee; snacks, fruits, coffee in the office; competitive remuneration package; training, certifications and individual personal development plan; health insuranse; phone number paid by the company; compensation package will be supplemented. donchr(39)t hesitate to contact us!
