Обязанности: Execute internal audit engagements in JV aiming to improve efficiency, add value or improve control environment; Perform the overview and analysis of processes, risks and opportunities through research and interviews with subject matter expert employees; Together with business develop solutions for improvements business processes and controls; Communicate recommendations to all required levels of management (presentations and internal audit reporting); Extended usage and application of data analytics tools (such as Macros, and Microsoft Power BI) for making conclusions, highlighting process improvement opportunities; Follow up of management action plans agreed with functional owners. Требования: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal or Engineering is desirable; Fluent English will be advantage (audit reports are written in English); Fast learning (able to quickly understand and analyze new processes); Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze big volumes of data, interpret, and summarize information; Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills; Knowing FMCG company processes will be advantage; Being familiar with Macros and Power BI is advantage (or candidate should be ready for fast learning of these tools); SAP knowledge is an advantage; Strong communication and presentation skills (ability to explain your ideas quickly with related visualization); Power Point, Word and Excel advanced user; Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to personal development; Comfort in dealing with ambiguity; Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; 10- 20% domestic and international travel required to audit locations.
