Business Development Manager (Foxboro, Eurotherm, Accutech, AIT, IAN, KMGA)

компания "шнейдер электрик" jsc nc “kazmunaygas” and “schneider electric” established a joint venture – “kmg automation” llp. the new joint venture, using local personnel, develops and implements the projects to automating the technological processes of the international standard for various industries in kazakhstan and, above all for the oil & gas complexes. the business development manager, process instrumentation - promotes the sale of instrumentation products, solutions and services to all accounts that operate in rk with regular visits to clients in various sites. role is to cover specific products: foxboro, eurotherm, accutech, ait, ian, kmga and other related apps from kmga portfolio. key responsibilities: developing instrumentation sales strategy; creating demand for focused solutions primarily based on kmga products and applications; lead all the opportunities related to process instrumentation bu for all kind of clients and segments; participating in design of products to fit with client’s expectations and specifications; identify, qualify and close sales opportunities; establish relationships with customer contacts; make regular client visits to ensure appropriate call coverage of assigned accounts; visit operation sites to follow up on jobs that were sold; promote company proven products for clients with reference visits to the sites with success stories; identify subcontractors for peripherical products required for entire solution; participate in the development of the marketing plans; assist management in setting sales goals and plans for assigned accounts; manage bid managers and proposals for assigned accounts with pricing and guidelines to optimize segment opportunities returns; maintain customer relationship management tool for accounts, including customer profiling, organization chart, visit reports and customer responsibilities forecast process instrumentation segment activity and revenue to optimize operational planning and service delivery; attend training courses to develop knowledge of company’s key technologies, as well as competitor practices comply with all government, industry and company regulations and standards to ensure a healthy and safe work environment, as well as, reduce environmental impact. qualifications: minimum technical university bachelor degree in engineering, automation, petrochemical or equivalent; 5+ years of electrical/automation/applied process application related experience; good sales skills with customers and inside personnel; strong verbal and written communication skills; willingness to travel (30-40% of work time); has initiative and ability to work effectively with little direction and/or few guidelines; excellent analytical, administrative, communications and organizational skills; able to legally work and reside in the rk; fluent english skills - verbal/written. we offer: challenging work in a team of world-renowned automation professionals; possibilities for growth and development; full package of corporate benefits.
