Junior System Administrator

компания "dataart" position overview dataart is a global software engineering firm. with over 25 years of experience, teams of highly-trained engineers around the world, deep industry sector knowledge, and ongoing technology research, we help clients create custom software that improves their operations and opens new markets. we are seeking a junior system administrator to join the local it services team. responsibilities ensuring the uninterrupted operation of it infrastructure, servers, and office workstations timely research, resolve, respond and troubleshoot to user issues/problems/questions setting up and maintaining the server infrastructure configuring and supporting networking equipment support active directory infrastructure and related systems installing and configuring peripherals maintenance of technical documentation performance of routine maintenance, applications, and incidents follow security and compliance best practices requirements 1+ years of experience in maintaining a computer park of 20+ machines, diagnostics, and replacement of components strong knowledge of windows basic knowledge of macos and linux confident knowledge of the principles of network technologies (ad, dns, dhcp, nat, vpn, ftp, proxy, tcp / ip, stp, vlan, group policies) administration skills of windows server 2012/2016/2019/2022 excellent understanding of computers english: pre-intermediate, speaking, reading, and writing skills ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources good communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with internal customers initiative, teamwork, ability, and desire to work in multitasking mode nice to have experience with vmware esxi experience with powershell experience with ms sql server managing access rights, file server service quotas experience with zabbix, syslog certifications: mcsa, mcse, other vendor certifications are welcome spoken and written english (pre-intermediate or higher)
