then, apply now! what you will be doing: reaching out to potential clients of the company - both in networking as well as email and phone outreach. currently, the company uses a five-email campaign for its outreach, targeting 200-500 potential clients per campaign. so, after business owners interact with those emails, they schedule calls with them and discuss further opportunities. doing proprietary analysis - youchr(39)ll analyze some of the deal-making prospects, and identify trends and larger tendencies in the industry with the help of such analytical tools as pitchbook, hubspot, teamwork, and ibisworld. having a lot of meetings - at least once a week, youchr(39)ll be doing referral partner facing, whether thatchr(39)s going to a networking event or a 1:1 meeting with a specific group of referral partners to do some sort of education launch. youchr(39)ll be paired with a senior advisor that will mentor you through it. requirements: excellent written & spoken english skills - you will be communicating with the team and potential clients who are native english speakers; we donchr(39)t want to hear or see any mistakes. ongoing/complete bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or business administration, since it will be easier for you to adapt to the specifics of the companychr(39)s activities and you will be able to quickly integrate into the companychr(39)s culture with such a background very strong communication skills - you love writing emails; you can find an approach to even the most difficult person; you are not afraid to ask questions and express your opinion. analytical skills - you can analyze, structure, and work with the data, and come up with conclusions based on the information you receive. excellent attention to detail – you should be the person who cares about every small detail while working with numbers & emails. integrity - the company works with multibillion-dollar steaks, so they need people that are going to look out for their clients and the best possible outcome first and foremost, and trust that the money will reflect their good work. adaptability & intelligence - you’ll need to quickly adapt to work with various digital tools and new information. youchr(39)re a self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements. self-reliance and proactivity - you are a person who can work under little or no supervision, always make sure to complete your tasks, and meet deadlines. you never hesitate to suggest new ideas. organizing skills - you have to be able to track your own tasks, what you need to do & where you’re stuck, so you need to be a well-organized person. not necessary but will be a great plus: at least some experience with such analytical tools as pitchbook, hubspot, teamwork project manager, and ibisworld. working hours: you’ll need to adjust your schedule to work from 8 am to 4 pm mountain time (check the time difference via the link). the team also has one weekly meeting every monday at 9 am mountain time, so being there is a must. what we offer: full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). for this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students, who are able to work during the needed hours, or recent graduates. please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs. remote work. you may be located in any country or city, just need a good internet connection and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule to the needed working hours. a great opportunity to grow into a great advisor yourself - a company puts a lot of manpower into developing great advisors and teaching them about the industry. stability - this is not an internship or project work. we consider only candidates looking for a long-term commitment. quick selection process. application deadline: 6th of december 2022. please note that the later you apply - the more intensive your selection process will be, for example, you will have less time for the test assignment, etc. 1. fill in the application form - attach your cv; 2. complete the vcv recording; 3. complete the test assignment; 4. have a zoom-interview with grintern’s recruiter (no video required); 5. have a video zoom-interview with the company’s founder; 6. get hired!
