компания "kivork" your impactour primary goal at kivork is to provide our customers with priceless memories, therefore we are searching for a booking specialist to join our team. you’ll be responsible for handling the issuance of airline tickets, you will perform ticket exchanges and refunds. at the same time, you’ll offer technical support to other teams such as sales or customer service and help them in resolving some complex issues related to the customer’s reservations. this position is a good fit for those who enjoy working in a tech-oriented team and have a technical background. about the roleas a booking specialist, you’ll have: good knowledge of gds (sabre, amadeus, galileo, travelport). the capacity to verify and provide information on the airline ticket rules and regulations. the capability of handling voluntary and involuntary exchanges for fully unused and partially used tickets. the competence in processing all types of refunds - full, partial, and tax refunds. skills to provide additional assistance such as meal, seat, and wheelchair assignments. aptitude in adding special remarks to the ticket such as tsa, osi, ssr and others. about you you are a person with a technical background in it or other fixed sciences. you have a b1 or higher level of english. you are reliable, self-motivated, and organized in your work and have no problem meeting and exceeding expected performance metrics. you have access to reliable high-speed internet and feel comfortable in a remote work environment. you know well how the internet works and use common apps and tools to solve your own problems. you are available to work night and weekend shifts. this position is 100% remote and only eligible for those who are authorized to work in kazakhstan. what you’ll love about us: effective training and on-the-job coaching great company culture, american-style management. everyone is positive and respectful career growth opportunities interesting events such as quizzes, lotteries, sports competitions intelligent, young, friendly team and positive work environment
