Location: Relocation to Cyprus / Remote work can be considered Responsibilities: Support for monitoring tools and systems: DataDog, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus Support for alerts-orchestration tool PagerDuty Develop and support automation and integration tools for our monitoring systems Create business and service level monitoring for our products Refactor legacy monitoring metrics Form (together with relevant departments and engineers) instructions for the Duty Shift to diagnose incidents from monitoring systems Automation of routine tasks of the IT monitoring department Requirements: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Programming in Python Linux administration experience Would be considered an advantage: Experience with AWS Experience with DataDog monitoring system Experience in IT monitoring Kubernetes and Java apps via JMX Knowledge of SQL Experience in Zabbix What we offer: An attractive remuneration package Medical insurance upon completion of the probation period Fruits, coffee, tea, biscuits in the office Contemporary work environment Flexible working scheme (hybrid model) Ping pong table in the office Interested applicants are required to submit their CV in English.
