Make gmail audit for suspended accounts.• People performance : Who is performing and not-performing? Why?• Top performers : Top performers up, free-riders out• Policies & schedule : New policies and teamwide meetings are well defined and up to date• Manage HR tools : Add/remove user from HH, SH, Breezy, AmoCRM, other hr services, all services are paid• HR automation : Ensure TG bot, Zapier transmit information beetween AmoCRM, Calendly, Slack, Platform correctly• Checklist Health : CL Rate >4 in TH: OKRs matched with functions, all taskchr(39)s fields are filled in, no problematic tasks• Noun routine tasks : Calls, routines, personal investigating of Platform OPS problems• Audit for Finance : Audit starting date, statuses, upgrades& downgrades till 10& 25th days of every month• Targeting : Identify the profile of search to hire champions (keywords upd, joint search, ideal CV, CV scoring)• : Users problem solving (bugs investigations, logins errors, tech. issues with Offers, drafts)• CRM Health : Ensure OKRs: CRM overdues and no to-dos are on Platform and checked on weekly basis• Corporate access : Add/revoke access to Slack, Click-Up, Admin Platform• Applications : Post vacancies in various channels to advertise LATOKEN jobs and attract A-level candidates to CE.• Breakfast : Moderate newcomers introduction, news section, unit presentations, OKRs reports• Contact : Contact > 50 cold leads, perform > 20 prescreening calls to identify highly motivated champions• Offers : Make a sanity check for offer drafts that all requirements are fulfilled for CEO approval.• Send SH blast : Make email blast with Calendly to batch. Score candidateschr(39) CVs and make short calls with them• Termination document : Create and control termination agreements, stock option notices, additional agreements• Career event : Set up and manage Career Event with: >15 participants registered, >8 joined, CV score > 3.• Interview: Schedule >6 1-1s per week with HM and make immediate hiring decision.• Meetings : Manage company wide meetings process, coordinate Zoom meetings.• Hiring Decision : Make a final hiring decision before test week period is over.• RemCom : Grade reviews and payouts are conducted and documented in time.• Documents (other) : Manage, updatе and storage of other documents• Pre-boarding : Newcomer is ready for a breakfast, hackathons, checklist corresponds CHT, mission, main numbers• Onboarding: Newcomer passed test, mistakes reviewed and explained by supervisor/buddy on 1-1.• Up or out decision : Learn top/low performers and make a decision about promotion/firing• Test userchr(39)s problem : Test userchr(39)s problem cases before create Ticket with Bugs in ClickUp.• Raise awareness: Teammates are informed about all HR-related aspects, policies, SO, payroll and contractual terms. Ideal candidate: Has outstanding achievements in people management, talent hunting or team training (yet, we are hiring both beginners and experienced HR professionals).
