Product Owner - Risk Tribe, Micro Business and SME Squad (Azerbaijan)

Kapital Bank calls the candidates for applying to Product Owner vacancy of the Risk Tribe and becoming a member of highly professional "Agile" team. What you are going to do: Drafеing credit underwriting rules for Micro Business customers; Developing PD scoring models to determine credit limits for Micro Business segment; Developing revenue forecasting models for Micro Business segment; Defining the working environments of the scoring models and managing the technical application of the modelling results; Management of processes related to changes and improvements to IT infrastructure; Managing the technical implementation of rating scoring models developed for SME customers. What is expected from you: Strong communication and leadership skills; Teamwork; Reasonable thinking and strong analytical skills; Time management skills; Higher education in Economy, Finance or Math; Minimum 4 years of work experience in credit lines area, minimum 1 year of management experience.
