Accountabilities: Create job ads according to the job profile, clarify and confirm job profiles with line managers; Develop the strategy for searching and selecting relevant candidates; Conduct interviews and support the whole recruitment process (appoint interviews with line managers and other interviewers, gather feedback and proceed with the candidates, prepare and send job offers); Promote Companychr(39)s HR brand externally and internally; Participate in and administer the new employeeschr(39) onboarding process; Involvement into other HR processes and projects; Provide related reporting.
