Novotel Adagio Ibis Moscow Kievskaya is looking for organized and people-oriented RESERVATION AGENT to communicate with guests and offer them best hospitality in making the reservations Our reservation agent will be responsible for: answers about reservation by phone, fax and e-mail; is responsible for timely processing of all arriving requests for booking (by fax, to phone, the Internet, e-mail, TARS), and also cancellations, booking changes, etc.; makes booking, changes and booking cancellations in the OPERA and RESAweb programs; helps with preparation of statistical reports, within the competence; supports system of documents flow and the data storage, established in department; adheres to the price policy established by the Employer; knows a forecast on occupation; knows terms of payment and annulments according to the signed contracts.
