We are looking for an expert Senior Technologist, who already has people management experience and is ready to take responsibility for large and very interesting projects as a Team Lead. Our new colleague`s responsibilities: Leading of New product development projects and new products launches, Continuous improvement of production processes end efficiency projects leading, People management – 2 reporting person in the team, control, motivation, support their engagement, drawing up their professional development plans, Leading of projects dedicated to new Raw Materials implementation and value engineering projects, Gross margin improvement recipes development and implementation, Participation in NPD department budget control. Cross-functional communication: Production and planning Quality Control & Assurance Packaging Development Team Brand Marketing Global R&D Team Regulatory Affairs Supply Chain Desired Experience & Skills: Higher degree in Food Technology or Chemistry, Working experience in the food industry 5 years, in confectionary is preferable, Working experience as a manager 1-2 years, English – Upper-Intermediate level (strong written and oral communication), Bright people management and project Management skills.
