Job purposes: Development of omnichannel eco-system for interaction with target audience and continues channels improvement based on customer experience with focus (but not limited) on CRM area. Key Accountabilities: Omnichannel strategy execution in activation and development of channels for interaction with targeted audience, especially in CRM marketing area. Provide expertise and lead improvement of complementarity of CRM channel with other part of ecosystem (web-portal, emailing, webinars, messengers, social media, chat-bot as the part of ecosystem are accountable as well); Leadership of channels management process and coordination of channels development for business units in accordance with their needs, customer expectations and Omnichannel strategy; Business partnering to all (or applicable) business units and key functions, identifying their needs & objectives in terms of omnichannel development, proposing and guiding them on channel selection and prioritization; enabling usage of those channels and capture business benefits; Adherence to channels development procedures, essential requirement of the Pharmacovigilance and Quality, knowledge of advertising law and regulatory standards; Define and follow omnichannel digital processes, procedures, campaign rules in collaboration with all support functions; Assess of channels performance in close collaboration with Omnichannel analytics team and external service providers for further improvements and channels development to drive its efficacy; Advocate for continuous improvements and industry best practices to advance channels experience, leverage CX/UX best in class practices to increase level of customers engagement and satisfaction; Act as omnichannel marketing consultant/advisor to business unit teams, ensuring knowledge & expertise of omnichannel marketing excellence practices and deep understanding of local marketing landscape; Be a single point of contact for all business units in frames of Omnichannel management and development. Necessary knowledge & experience: Education: Higher education; Work experience: from 3 years’ experience with leading Digital marketing/Omni-channel function in Rx pharma (top10) or similar companies; The familiarity with Key CRM tools, vendors, and content development processes in the pharmaceutical area; Subject matter expert in the area of field force (FF) digital capabilities (such as Close loop marketing and iDetailing, Rep triggered emails, and Remote detailing). Deep knowledge in CRM trends and approaches and how they complement the rest part of a Brand Omnichannel eco-system; Strong functional & operational competencies such as managing of broad scope of cross-functional projects, supervision of channels development of omnichannel eco-system, following existing procedures and performance management capabilities; Excellent soft skills. Ability to be a strategic partner for a Business on the one hand, and streamlined mentor for CRM vendors; Understanding of HCPs needs and differences in terms of CRM and Digital-content distribution during digital marketing activities. Portfolio, benchmarks, approaches; Leadership Competencies: Strategy driven; Results oriented; Make decisions; Analytics skills and problem solving; Strong Communications skills; Focus on customer needs & expectations; Ability to multi-task. Knowledge of medical problems relating to pharma Rx specific and the strategy for medicines promotion.
