Customer Engagement & Churn Product Owner at Personalization Tribe (Relocation to Azerbaijan) Kapital Bank (Azerbaijan) is a financial institution with the largest service network in Azerbaijan and one of the top 3 leading banks in the country. Kapital bank is a pioneer in the Caspian region to successfully implement 5 advanced analytics personalization use cases. Due to current focus on extending application of advanced analytics and machine learning to personalize customer experience, we invite experienced and qualified candidates from the CIS countries to join the agile block of Kapital Bank as Customer Engagement & Churn squad Product Owner at Personalization Tribe. Background Undergraduate degree or higher; 3+ years of hands-on experience in project delivery preferably experience as Portfolio Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master; Experience in customer engagement and churn; Experience to use machine learning to increase product engagement; Knowledge of machine learning use cases lifecycle High data competency, running data-driven backlog In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong communication skills, written and verbal; Strong presentation skills; Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Responsibilities Defining the vision for the team’s product, creation and prioritization product backlog. Shape and own the product road-map; Lead cross-functional product teams through process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders; Identify requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis; Be the liaison between the business unit teams and development/technology teams; Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process; Identifying areas of improvement; Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
