What you will do: Build an effective quality control department, test hypotheses Fully responsible for hiring and managing a team of 10-15 quality control specialists (all planning meetings, 1-on-1, etc.) Monitor the implementation of your teamchr(39)s plan (assessment of approx. 500-1000 calls a month) Develop a new effective system of call quality assessment What you will need: English C1 and above is a must Understanding of sales techniques and best practices amoCRM knowledge as a plus Experience in QC (Sales) for at least 3 years, experience in managing a QC team What we offer: Opportunity to get the unique experience of building a unicorn company from scratch Remote work from all over the world or relocation to Serbia Competitive and fair compensation package Free access to all of our products
