Network planning & volume operation manager

Duties: Responsible for last mail network planning (logistic elements: locker \PUDO etc.) and volume import from internal &external channel; Responsible for coverage and penetration improvement project improvement; Responsible for Last mail business cost control and reduction management; Responsible for locker/PUDO online and expressed\recommendation and capacity control on different platfrom,to get more volume; Responsible for delivery resource connection, switching and integration, to make delivery much more efficient; Responsible for get more volume from other competitors（online/offline). Requirements: College graduated or above, more than 5 years network planning or network operation or business planning management experience, logistics network operation experience is preferred; Experienced in innovative project or system construction independently, good management awareness and overall view; Sensitive to data, good insight and risk awareness, thinking logic clearly； Good communication ability and team work; Fluent in Russian and English, Chinese as advantage.
