Role Description: Responsible for locker deployment in all Russia cities, including coordinating all resources arrange shipment, make installation/activation and acceptance for all lockers; Responsible for locker relocation implementation (locker remove\transfer \storage management and installation, all process monitoring); Responsible for network optimizaiton:high volume location enlarge capacity\low location close etc.; Responsible for the deployment quality control， including but not limited to check the installation quality、file the acceptance results, etc; Responsible for locker network offline routine check implementation. Education & Experience: College graduated or above, more than 5 years project deployment and maintenance management experience, logistics network operation -locker or PUDO experience is preferred; Project management experience is preferred, able to promote project independently; Experienced in innovative project or system construction independently, good management awareness and overall view; Sensitive to data, good insight and risk awareness，thinking logic clearly； Good communication skill and team work； Fluent in Russian and English, Chinese as advantage.
