Role Description: Responsible for locker network maintenance in all Russia cities, make sure locker network stable and available; included: locker available guarantee: locker online/express/delivery and pick up operation normally; Responsible for locker location stability, tracking abnormal issues; Responsible for maintenance tracking,arrange maintenance resource to fix all issues; Responsible for locker network information updating :internal and external (local map\local website etc.); Responsible for spare parts management (order \storage \shippments\and blance management); Responsible for Locker access management and optimization ; Responsible for SMS notification monitoring and management. Education & Experience: College graduated or above, more than 5 years project deployment and maintenance management experience, logistics network operation -locker or PUDO experience is preferred; Project management experience is prefered,able to promote project independently; Experienced in innovative project or system construction independently, good management awareness and overall view; Sensitive to data, good insight and risk awareness，thinking logic clearly； Good communication skill and team work； Fluent in Russian and English, Chinese as advantage.
