Recruiter for Russia & Kazakhstan

Main responsibilities: Managing end-to-end recruitment for sales and office vacancies in Russia and Kazakhstan; Delivering the high level of stakeholderschr(39) and candidateschr(39) satisfaction; Guiding stakeholders through all steps in the recruitment process; Executing all types of interviews; Job boards and career portal update; Talent mapping for critical roles; Maintaining candidateschr(39) database (E-staff); Managing recruiting agencies; Participation in HR projects related to talent management; Requirements: From 2 years of relevant experience; Experience in recruitment for pharmaceutical sector will be an advantage; Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients; Customer focus and the ability to manage stakeholders; Very good knowledge and understanding of different recruitment tools and practices; Experience of candidate selection for different range of positions would be an advantage; Very good command of English (both spoken and written). Type of contract: contract with Ventra Services for 3-5 months
