Functions: Full legal support of Bank’s retail car loan business (drafting and amending terms and conditions, client forms, internal documents, marketing materials, etc.) Courts and litigations related to retail car loans Regulatory communication (including replies to regulator requests, Finombudsman, etc.) related to retail car loans Drafting of Corporate loan client documentation (Shareholder approvals, Bank-pledgor letters, Consents, etc.) General support of non-business functions (Operations, Accounting, IT, HR, Compliance, etc.) Ability to substitute corporate governance lawyer in his/her absence Requirements: Higher legal education; Legal experience 3+ years; Professional experience in bank as a plus; Intermediate English is an advantage Условия: 10 минут пешком от ст. м.
