Hotel Astoria is one of the leading luxury hotels in St. Petersburg. It is a historic hotel which offers very personal service delivered with gracious ease and a touch of authenticity. With its two Food & Beverage outlets, Astoria Restaurant & Lichfield Bar as well as banqueting facilities for up to 400 guests, the F&B department is certainly one of the busiest in the hotel. Angleterre Hotel is well known for its true Russian hospitality and its dedication to art and culture. With its restaurant Borsalino and 7 conference rooms including an auditorium for up to 200 guests the hotel is a great venue for business events and as well for leisure guests. We are looking for an Inspirational Leader with: Outstanding culinary skills Good communicational and guest service skills Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language 8 + years experience in kitchen covering all aspects of cooking Executive Chef position at least for the last 2 years in a luxury 5 star hotel or currently Executive Sous Chef position.
