Sales Team Leader (Dubai)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to help us expand our clientele, create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Stone Tree Group provides a full cycle of work with property on the United Arab Emirates markets: Five PM Real Estate - select and buy highly profitable real estate in Dubai; Stone Tree Vacation Homes - rent properties and provide property management services to owners and investors; ST Technical Service - care for all the processes appearing during the process of working with the apartment. We are proud of our performance our company: 5 years of Property Management experience in Dubai market; TOP-3 by the volume of the apartment pool in 2019 according to the Dubizzle.ae; 400+ apartments in our pool. What you will do: manage and participate in the full cycle of sales: from pre-sales activities to closing the deal; keep up with the sales quotas according to the KPI; analyze the market and find new opportunities for the company growth; find areas for automation and prioritize sales and success tools; build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs. We expect that you: at least five (3) year of professional sales; have an upper intermediate level of English/Russian and can fluently communicate in this languages; great team player: result-oriented, optimistic, organized, flexible, helpful. You can lead and motivate your team. Experience of implemetation of motivation system (KPI) Experience of team education and training. It’ll be amazing if you also have: solid understanding of Dubai market; at least 3 years of experience in managing CRMs; Experience of work in call center; Has strong knowledge of department building from the scratch, strong team management skills; What we offer: Visa - Entry Permit; Medical insurance; Individual approach to salary (a fixed rate + the bonus system).
