Junior Health Care Compliance Specialist

For the Health Care Compliance (HCC) organization we are currently recruiting a Junior Health Care Compliance Specialist for Consumer Health business to be based in Moscow, Russia. The Junior Health Care Compliance Specialist participates in supports and execution of Healthcare Compliance program for Consumer Health business. He or she supports day-to-day business activities where HCC expertise is required; also tasks / projects may be delegated by other members of the team. Administrative work to support HCC team is also in scope (e.g. support payment process to providers), however at minimal extent. This position reports to the HCC Officer and is located in Moscow, Russia. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Junior Health Care Compliance Specialist will work with the HCC team on various support activities which may include but not be limited to the following: Support to due diligence of partners who collaborate with government affairs or health care professionals Reviews and approvals of activities where collaboration with health care professionals is required (e.g. – agreements with doctors – key opinion leaders) Work with internal HCC systems (data management / records support) Assistance in the harmonization, preparation, updating and implementation of HCC written policies and procedures Inductions / trainings for the employees on HCC requirements Participation in regular monitoring of risky business activities Support for tasks / projects delegated by HCC Officer and / or Senior HCC Specialist Administrative support to the team. PROFILE: Position reports into the Enterprise Wide compliance organization Requires communication, analytical skills, as well as being attentive to details English – upper intermediate or fluent Experience in Compliance or understanding the grounds of FCPA / Compliance is a plus Being eager to learn and grow Legal degree / background / experience in compliance / health care compliance around 1-2 years is a plus (however is not a must). Being committed to “do things right” approach and not tolerant to violations of law; eager to learn and grow, ownership and accountability for joint result.
