In this role you will: Advise internal clients and provide legal support to the companychr(39)s activities on copyright issues (creation, use, acquisition and protection of copyright objects, including complex audiovisual works) and industrial property (registration, acquisition and use of trademarks and patents for industrial designs and utility models); Develop and coordinate contracts for intellectual property objects, including license agreements for trademarks and copyrights and IT contracts; Protect intellectual property objects in state bodies (Rospatent, FAS) and courts; Conduct claim work related to intellectual property objects; Coordinate the companychr(39)s advertising materials; Conduct legal consultations on intellectual property issues; Participate in projects for structuring several contracts or implementing project tasks related to the acquisition/transfer of intellectual property rights (including software contracts); We are looking for you if you: Graduate of the Faculty of Law of leading Russian universities; Have more than 6 years of experience as a lawyer in the field of intellectual property (support of the marketing department or work in consulting in the practice of intellectual property); Speak English on B2 level and above; Open, interested in new practices, legislation and trends that entail changes in the application of intellectual property; Have critical thinking, know how to structure the material and can clearly express your thoughts; Know how to support a legal discussion and defend your opinion and position in a reasoned manner; In Danone you will get access to: Important projects influencing the whole business; Attractive benefits package; Various trainings aimed at both the development of Prof. competencies, and to strengthen leadership qualities; A variety of professional and social projects, opportunities for knowledge exchange and training; Official employment and health insurance;
