Duties Manage the Customer & Sales Support Team including team development, recruitment, training arrangement, assignment and prioritizing of tasks with further control of their fulfilment, workload control, budgeting, cost control with respect to business development, long- / mid- / term – business needs and current sales targets; Manage customer orders including but not limited to: • Customer Interaction: receive, assess and follow up the customer requests, reply professionally and timely • Deal entry and fulfillment • Contract Management • Deals / shipments prioritization in a bottlenecked situation • Deal status monitoring, follow up with a customer about product allocation and shipment, proactively customer informing about updated delivery schedule, monitoring of invoice and payment statuses • Document handling: collect requested shipping documents on-time and create new ones as per customer requirement • Exceptional Order Handling for returns including debit notes / credit notes creation • Handling customer claims as a part of non-conformance management process • Post-delivery customer service • Master Data Maintenance Ensure the required performance in terms of service level and cost-to-serve for both EuroChem customers and internal stakeholders; Ensure obedience to the corporate policies, procedures and guidelines with respect to Order-2-Cash process and administrative processes; Provide the ongoing Order-2-Cash process development and standardization across the team to improve the internal efficiency and effectiveness including the resource utilization; Ensure professional cross-functional collaboration and alignment as a part of daily routine and project assignments; Run KPI analysis and root-cause analysis as a part of continuous improvement and ad-hoc; Ensure SOX controlling. Requirements Higher education in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Logistics. Additional education in Finances as a plus Additional work or project experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Operations Conceptual understanding of Order-2-Cash process and it`s connection with sales and operations planning, logistics processes Experience in SAP or other ERP system Advanced user of MS Office Fluent English and Russian, both oral and written Strong process and goal-oriented leader with high analytical skills Project Management Skills
