Accountabilities: Execution of Annual Operational Plan for the customers Preparation and execution of JBP Responsible for outstanding sales results, brand presence Set-up and lead data exchange and analysis (sell-out, share of market, distribution, margin, etc) Manage and execute stimulative tools to drive top-line growth Manage assortment and maximize the mix Regularly analyze and report of sales targets accomplishment; find out and leverage opportunities Lead and deliver eCommerce Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive future growth Develop deep understanding of customer from internal and external data/insights Ensure effective partnership with customers on day-to-day basis Work closely with e-marketing and e-category teams on growth levers Requirements: Willingness and ability to learn, grow and change Background in eCommerce sales > 1 year (marketplaces 1P/3P) Sales finance basics (Net Revenue Management, P&L) Proven experience in managing marketplaces and accomplishing eCom KPI’s Proven experience and track record of exceptional sales performance Excellent negotiation and communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to set-up strong working processes and build trusted relationships English level – Upper-Intermediate + (read, write, learn, present) Data-driven mindset is a must Innovative and entrepreneurial focus
