We expect our teacher to love children and love spending time with them. - Degree in pedagogy.- English (spoken and written) not lower than Advanced (C1) level, excellent British or American pronunciation similar to native speaker- Excellent knowledge of the subject matter- Experience in teaching in a teenage group for at least 3 years.- Extending high levels of performance and integrity- Structured and detailed approach to solving complex challenges in the short term- Time and stress management, rapid response- Ability to work with a group of children (5-15 people)- Communication and negotiatorchr(39)s skills- Сlient-oriented approach- Punctuality- Сreative and integrated approach to learning. Main responsibilities: - Teaching, academic support, organization and planning of classes for a group of children (about 5-15 people) from 9 to 16 years old - Planning and conducting the lessons of physics in English. - Creating live, interesting and updated content for the lessons and conducting rich, structured, non-standard lessons (project lessons). - Implementation of step-by-step support and mentoring studetns throughout the day, helping children understand the discipline in English (working as a lead teacher). - Сlose cooperation with the academic manager and ability to provide a feedback on the academic progress of each individual student - Abilty to meet deadlines - Preparation of weekly / monthly reports on the academic progress of each child. - Guide children and help them with the organization of their individual folders. - The ability to psychologically support the child. Your new role As a Science teacher, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective teaching and learning of pupils and be confident in your abilities to teach Physics to Key Stage 2 and 3. The school is looking for an exceptional Physics teacher who can create a supportive, encouraging and safe learning environment for pupils of all diverse backgrounds. In addition to working well with students, you will also be able to demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to working within a school environment and with other members of staff. You possess extensive knowledge in the UK Physics curriculum. You must have recent experience within last 3 years in the classroom, and be committed, positive and enthusiastic.
